Susie Wiles Becomes the First Female Chief of Staff in the U.S.

Donald Trump, the president-elect of the United States, has appointed Susie Wiles as the first-ever female Chief of Staff.

This historic appointment follows his victory in the presidential election, during which Wiles served as his campaign manager.

Trump’s choice of Wiles marks a significant milestone as she is the first woman to hold this important cabinet position. He referred to her as “the winning campaign manager” and stated, “It is a well-deserved honor to have Susie as the first-ever female Chief of Staff in United States history.”

In an announcement on his campaign profile on X, Trump praised Wiles, saying, “Susie is tough, smart, innovative, and universally admired and respected.”

The Chief of Staff plays a crucial role, responsible for managing White House staff, organizing the president’s schedule, and liaising with other government departments and lawmakers.

Vice President-elect JD Vance expressed his support for X, stating, “This is great news. Susie was a huge asset to President Trump during the campaign and will be a tremendous asset in the White House.”

During Trump’s previous term, he had four Chiefs of Staff, including retired Army General John Kelly, who later became critical and called Trump a “fascist,” endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris instead.
