PDP Moves BoT Meeting to New Venue Amid Police Occupation of Secretariat

The Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has shifted its planned meeting to the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja due to the presence of armed officers from the FCT Police Command at the party’s national headquarters, Wadata Plaza.

In a post on its official X (formerly Twitter) account, the PDP announced: “The Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which was initially planned for 10 a.m. at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja, has been relocated to the Yar’Adua Centre in the Central Business District.”
