NFF to Reveal Super Eagles’ Coaching Staff at Éric Chelle’s Unveiling Today.

When the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) formally introduces Éric Sékou Chelle as the new head coach of the senior national men’s football team to the public in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, today, the new Super Eagles technical staff will be presented.

The MKO Abiola National Stadium’s Media Conference Room has been set aside for the event, according to the NFF.

The NFF Executive Committee approved Chelle’s nomination last Tuesday after the Technical and Development Committee of the football governing body recommended it.

Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, the president of the NFF, stated on Sunday that the Franco-Malian personifies the new vitality, innovative ideas, and upbeat mindset that the Federation wants the Super Eagles to approach their final six games in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

“We appreciate the fact that Nigerians are very passionate about the game of football, and that is the reason for the different tones of reactions following the appointment of Coach Chelle.

However, the NFF hereby appeals to Nigerians to come together and support him, as we believe he has the qualities to achieve success with the Super Eagles.

“The NFF will give him all the support that he needs to succeed in the job.”
