Kaduna Tanker Explosion Claims Multiple Lives on Busy Highway.

A tragic tanker explosion in Dan Magaji, Zaria, Kaduna State, has claimed several lives.

The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. on Monday near the Rochas Foundation School along the Kaduna–Kano expressway bypass, between Kwangila and Dan Magaji.

According to eyewitnesses, including security analyst Zagazola Makama, the accident involved two fuel-laden tankers and two Golf cars carrying passengers.

The collision resulted in five powerful explosions, sending huge flames and thick black smoke into the air, engulfing the busy roadway.

“All the passengers in the cars d!ed  immediately, except for one driver who survived but suffered serious burns,” an eyewitness reported.

Emergency responders and security forces quickly arrived at the scene, cordoning off the area and urging drivers to take alternate routes as rescue and recovery operations proceeded.
