Halima Abubakar Cries Out for Help, Says She’s Struggling to Survive

Actress Halima Abubakar has made an emotional appeal for assistance, revealing her struggles to make ends meet.

In a tearful video shared on her Instagram page today, February 18, Halima expressed exhaustion and desperation, saying she has been battling financial difficulties while recovering from an illness.

She disclosed that she spent an entire year in the village while undergoing treatment and dismissed claims that she was faking her condition. According to her, she has been reaching out to people for financial help to cover her medical expenses.

“There is nothing wrong with me medically now,” she stated, but lamented that she has been abandoned by colleagues in the movie industry since she fell ill and stopped working.

Halima also called out a former close friend who accused her of lying about her health struggles. She revealed that she once had wealth but was forced to sell her three cars and other assets due to the financial strain caused by her illness.

The actress is now appealing to Nigerians to help her reach out to the governor of Kogi State and the senator representing her constituency, urging them to assist her in this difficult time.
