Air Peace to Launch Direct Abuja–London Heathrow and Gatwick Flights Starting October 26, 2025.

Air Peace is set to begin direct flights from Abuja to London Heathrow and Gatwick airports starting October 26, 2025. According to a statement released by the airline’s spokesperson, Efe Osifo-Whiskey, round-trip fares for the Abuja–London route will start at ₦1 million, making Air Peace the first Nigerian airline to offer direct flights from the capital to both major London airports.

The new service allows travelers from any of Air Peace’s domestic Nigerian destinations to book through fares via Abuja to either Heathrow or Gatwick on a single ticket, eliminating the need for separate bookings or baggage re-checks.

This route also provides convenient access for passengers traveling from the UK to various Nigerian cities, including Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Benin, Warri, Owerri, Kano, Yola, Gombe, and Asaba, with more destinations planned for the future.

Osifo-Whiskey highlighted that the airline offers exceptional value with competitive pricing and services, including a large baggage allowance, enabling easier, more efficient, and affordable travel between Nigeria and the UK. This Abuja–London launch follows Air Peace’s introduction of Lagos–London Heathrow flights earlier in 2024.
