18-year-old arrested by Lagos police for blackmailing teenage girl with her nude pictures.
Lagos State Police arrested an 18-year-old, identified as Michael Ogbodu, on September 11, 202,4, for blackmailing a teenage girl with her nude pictures.
The spokesperson of the command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the arrest of Ogbodu, said the 18-year-old took nude pictures of the victim during a video conversation.
Ogbodu is a former schoolmate of the victim at Igbo Efon College, Ibeju Lekki.
“The suspect used the images to demand more n**e content, s3x, and money from the victim and her parents,” the PPRO said.
“The suspect was arrested, and he has made confessional statements. The case is under investigation, and further development will be communicated.”
“The suspect’s actions are unacceptable, and we will ensure justice is served,” he added.
